Coalition for Training Research and Development (CTRaDe), is nepal based multidisciplinary counslulting service provider dedicated to providing quality services across various thematic areas. Established in 2020 and officially registered with the Government of Nepal.

At CTRaDe, our core approach is to foster effective leadership within organizations, institutions, and individuals, empowering them to achieve their desired outcomes. We believe that strong leadership is essential for driving sustainable development and creating positive change.

To accomplish our approach, CTRaDe collaborates with a diverse range of multi-sectoral agencies, working hand in hand to offer technical support and capacity building to academic institutions, civil society organizations, and local governments throughout Nepal. We understand the importance of building strong partnerships and actively engage the private sector to amplify the impact of development interventions also creating business opportunities.
