He has over 16 years of experience working in the field of development. He is a dedicated professional with a wide range of skills, with competence in GESI Policy Development, child protection, conflict resolution, building trust, team dynamics, and adolescent development. His prior roles included GESI Consultant at the Gandaki Provincial Training Academy, an autonomous organization that builds capacity on behalf of the Gandaki Province Government in Nepal, SOPAN, Youth's UNESCO Club, and Restless Development. He is graduate in MBGPH from American University of Sovereign Nations.

Many organizations in South Asia have recognized Bikash's efforts, and he is honored with the title of International Youth Peace Ambassador from organizations like the Eubios Ethics Institute and the American University of Sovereign Nations (AUSN). His influence can be seen all over the world in the effective leadership he has shown in a number of training sessions, workshops, and conferences, such as the Global Youth Forum, UNESCO Youths Peace Festival, International Youth Peace Ambassador Workshops, and International Youth Peace Camp.
