6 Days Online Training Course on Results Base Management Evaluation


Coalition for Training Research and Development Pvt Ltd (CTRaDe) concluded 6 days training course on Result Base Management Evaluation started from 21 -26 December 2020.The objective of the training was to develop and enhance the monitoring and evaluation skills based on results base management approach. The major topics covered during course were Introduction to Results Based Project Management, Fundamentals of monitoring and evaluation, project analysis, design of results in monitoring and evaluation, M&E indicators, logical framework approach, theory of change, M&E systems, M&E planning, baseline survey in results based M&E, project performance evaluation, impact evaluation’ M&E data management, M&E results use and dissemination.

During the course 14 participants from different I/NGOs including early individual working in consultancy basis were enrolled in the course.


As a part of methodology, emphasis were given practical skills relating with experiences and examples followed by interaction, group discussion ,assignment and classroom exercise and entertainment .The course is regular event of company

The course were delivered by competent and well experienced facilitators/ instructors having extensive experiences on Result Base Management ,M&E and Project Development, Training curriculum development and  delivery Anil Chaudhary, Mr Dil Prasad Thapa Magar , Tek Singh Bhat , Pratibha Gyawali .Those facilitators are associated in expert roster  and are associated with various development agencies and delivering consultancies and job deliverables .


The course as a whole equipped participants with skills setting up and implementing results base monitoring evaluation systems .Likewise, they got acquainted with latest M&E practices including results and participatory approaches .

Rama Sharma from UCEP Nepal, Kaski , said that the training course gave participants skill and knowledge to strategize project approaches and develop action point to achieve the assumed  results.

Menuka Neupane ,Program Manager from Soiya Mahila Swabalambi Sanstha , Rupandehi said that the training has helped us to improvise our role in organization and hence acquire expected results through planned deliverables.


The training course successfully enhanced the skills of attended participants in determining the relevant stakeholders involved in monitoring and evaluation of projects and document the key project results .Likewise, at the end of course the participants became confident designing and using a logical framework and the participants learned about results level and their linkage with indicators for tracking and assessing the progress of project with aim of achieving long term results..
